1. Introduction
Nobotiq provides an AI-powered module to detect and block spam in text content, emails, comments, messages, and user submissions. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service. Users must be at least 18 years old to register or use Nobotiq.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes. The service uses multiple proprietary and third-party data sources for spam detection.
2. Account Registration
To use Nobotiq, you must create an account.
New users receive a free trial with 3,000 credits — no credit card required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Credits and Payments
All spam checks require credits. Each scan consumes credits depending on the type of content.
Additional credits can be purchased via Stripe. Payments are automatically converted into credits.
Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Discounts may be available through our backlink promotion system, as outlined on the platform.
4. Use of the Service
Nobotiq allows scanning of text, messages, comments, forms, reviews, and email addresses for spam, bots, phishing, and malicious activity.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or use the Service or its content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
5. User Content
You are responsible for content you submit or scan.
By submitting content, you grant Nobotiq a license to use, reproduce, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service.
You warrant that your content does not violate any rights of third parties, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes, including harming minors.
Send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited marketing through the Service.
Impersonate Nobotiq or other users.
Introduce malware, viruses, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
Attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or data.
7. Intellectual Property
Nobotiq owns all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, technology, and content, except for user content.
Users may only use the Service under the non-transferable license granted by these Terms.
8. Purchases and Billing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize automatic charges.
9. Termination
Nobotiq may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms, illegal activity, or misuse. Upon termination, users lose access to credits and the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nobotiq provides the Service “as is” and does not guarantee 100% accuracy. We are not liable for lost profits, data, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
11. Disclaimer
Use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete spam detection accuracy.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nobotiq, its affiliates, and employees from claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
